To apply for membership as a regular, associate, or supporting member, please download the application form at the bottom of this page, fill in all fields, and mail it to the Secretariat.

※Co-presenters at the Annual Meeting must also be members per Chapter 7, Article 44 of the Articles of Incorporation.
Types of Members and Annual Due

| Supporting member | An individual or organization that agrees with the objectives of the society and supports us | Recommendation by two councilors | One unit of 50,000 JPY |

We will not be able to make a determination based on the name of the institution to which the applicant belongs; a copy of the postal transfer payment slip or bank transfer receipt will be accepted instead of the receipt. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, please bear the bank transfer fee. Please note that the admission and annual membership fees are non-refundable once transferred.
Note
Membership admission is decided by the resolution of the Board of Directors; therefore, the date of approval is the date of admission. (Articles of Incorporation, Chapter 2, Article 7) The fiscal year of the Society is defined as beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31.
